Toyota Crown in Central Plaza
You don’t expect to find a Toyota Crown staring back at you when you walk into a clothes shop in a Central shopping plaza, but that’s exactly what happened here. The whole front end is sitting proud, chrome grille and round headlights intact, like it’s waiting for someone to fire it up again. It’s a proper slice of old‑school Japanese metal, now doing duty as a shop display. There’s still a few of these Crowns being used on the roads here as well. It’s cool to see car culture in non-car places like this… but Khon Kaen and Thailand have a special affection for anything automotive and cool.
